Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor (shown to the left) were the ones who founded Juicy Couture in 1997.
The company was later bought by the Liz Claiborne company. Liz Claiborne (shown to the left) sold $258 million worth of Juicy couture merchandise even during the huge recession.
Juicy Couture made around 200 million dollars one year, and were just getting bigger. In 2010 though, Erin Fetherston (shown to the left) was hired to design a new collection of dresses. Retailers called the dresses "stale" and said they didn't fit right, and many stopped selling Juicy Couture clothing after that. Later in 2010
LeAnn Nealz (shown to the left) became President and Chief Creative Officer (meaning she's responsible for all creative parts of the business including product design, marketing and store design).
In 2010, former Vogue accessories director Michelle Sanders (shown to the left) was also hired to handle new licenses for jewelry, swimwear, and handbags
